Timberland remakes their classic 6" silhouette with eye towards sustainability on the 6" Treadlight Boot. The waterproof boot adds durable ReBOTL fabric, made from recycled plastic bottles, to the construction of the upper, covering the top of the boot and tongue with the standard premium nubuck covering the bottom half of the boot. ReBOTL appears in the lining as well, while the TimberDry waterproof membrane also contains 50% recycled plastic. A nylon pull tab runs down the entire heel and is printed with "Nature Needs Heroes", which also is embroidered on a ReBOTL hangtag, while a padded collar, 400g PrimaLoft insulation, leather-lined anti-fatigue footbed and a durable rubber lug outsole finish off the design.
